It’s stressful having a vehicle in the shop for repairs, especially if you don’t have a second car to get around in. Trips to work, the store, school, and other daily routines quickly turn into major hassles. And let’s be honest, getting around without a car isn’t easy in St. Louis. Constantly taking a cab or Uber adds up fast, and renting a car can get pricey.
Loaner Vehicle Guidelines
How to Drive Our Car While We Fix Yours
At Master Auto Repair of Webster Groves, we get that. Just because your vehicle is down and in the shop doesn’t mean you have to be stuck without transportation. We maintain a small fleet of loaner cars for specific situations.
When loaner vehicles may be available:
We may offer a complimentary loaner vehicle under certain circumstances when:
- Your car will be with us for an extended period or requires multiple repairs.
- The need has been pre-arranged with our team and confirmed in advance.
- A vehicle is available at the time of your visit and approved by management.
Loaner cars are not guaranteed. They are offered at our discretion, depending on shop workload, repair duration, and availability. We always do our best to help, but availability is limited and not all customers will qualify.

What we ask in return:
If you’re provided with a loaner vehicle, we kindly ask just a few things of you:
- Please clean up after yourself and return our loaner car in the same condition as you when you picked it up.
- Please refuel the loaner before returning it.
- No pets, please.
- You’ll be required to carry valid auto insurance and sign a document when you pick the loaner car up.
Loaner cars are just one more reason why people like how we do business at Master Auto Repair of Webster Groves. It’s the kind of thing you won’t find at very many auto repair shops in St. Louis. We do it because we know it makes life a little bit easier for our customers, especially all the busy families and hard workers in our community.
While we can’t always provide a loaner, we’re happy to talk through your options and help plan repairs in a way that fits your busy schedule.
